Each year our family works in nutrition to give the nutrients that the plants really need based on foliar and soil analysis to our coffee plantations. The good nutrition of the plant produces high quality crops and good results in the cup, besides it produces healthy plantations, stability in quality year by year and a beautiful coffee farm.
For this micro-lot we waited for the perfect harvest day, it was collected by our coffee pickers who have been working with us for more than fifteen years, and it was carefully processed in our Coffee processing plant Don Mayo, with a back honey process and carefully slow drying process in african beds. This process enhances its sweetness, texture and complex fruity notes.
Behind our coffee beans there is hard work, years of knowledge and a great legacy of coffee production
